We charge a flat rate shipping and handling fee of $20 for standard shipping and $30 for express post items. Shipping and handling is free on orders over $300.

We use Australia Post for all our deliveries. Standard post orders will typically be delivered:

• Elsewhere in Australia: within 8 to 10 business days

Express post orders will typically be delivered:

• In Queensland: within 3 to 5 business days
• Elsewhere in Australia: within 3 to 6 business days

For standard in-stock items, you will receive an email from us confirming your order. For custom orders we will send you and email letting you know when your order is done and confirming that it is on its way.

Costs for a custom order will be in general alignment with similar items on this website. Please don't hesitate to contact us to discuss and request a quote.

A custom order will typically take in the order of 20 business days to complete to allow time for each step in the development process and so that the items have time to cure and be stable for shipping. If you require an order in a shorter time frame please let us know as the time to complete varies depending on the item. Alternately we may be able to personalise an existing in-stock item for you.

Yes we can. Please send us a message indicating that the item is a gift and confirm the delivery address, gift recipient and any special messages. We will ensure the gift is beautifully wrapped, add a card from you and ensure the package does not include any indications of price.

We do not currently offer gift vouchers at this time, but are planning to offer this service in the near future.
